The company is staffed by a team of highly trained engineers, with deep knowledge of construction methods, structural analysis, and modern concrete technologies.
The team includes:
• One (1) Design Engineer, responsible for structural and geotechnical studies, adequacy checks, and technical simulations.
• Three (3) Project Engineers, who coordinate, supervise, and monitor daily progress at construction sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and schedules.
• Two (2) Civil Engineers, specializing in concrete works, road construction, and building reinforcements.
• One (1) Surveyor Engineer, responsible for surveys, measurements, and geometric control of projects.
The collaboration of all specialties ensures comprehensive solutions and technical consistency in every project, regardless of size or complexity.

The company's permanent technical staff consists of 25 experienced employees, including craftsmen, assistants, machine operators, and drivers.
