Building Repair & Reinforcement in Votanikos

OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTIONS carried out a building repair and strengthening project in Votanikos, Athens, owned by Pharmazak S.A.
The works included the application of shotcrete and the use of specialized repair materials for the restoration of damaged structural elements and the enhancement of the building’s load-bearing capacity.
The study and implementation were conducted in accordance with European Standards EN 1504, ensuring strength, stability, and long-term protection of the structure.
