Construction of 6 Basements & Retaining – Kolonaki (Solonos 9)

The OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTIONS executed a project constructing six (6) basements with simultaneous slope and perimeter wall support in the center of Athens, at Solonos 9 – Kolonaki, on behalf of KLOUKINAS–LAPPAS S.A..
The project included extensive excavations within an urban environment, phased retaining, concreting with a total volume of 3,500 m³, and strict quality control of materials and processes.
The construction was carried out with careful planning to avoid subsidence, limit vibrations, and ensure the safety of neighboring buildings, with full coordination of site flows and logistics in the narrow road network of Kolonaki.
The project was successfully completed in 146 working days, adhering to the schedule and the employer’s technical specifications.
