Construction of Industrial Building – VI.PE. Sindos (Karasoulis S.A.)

OLYMPOS TECHNIKI completed the construction of an industrial building in the Sindos Industrial Area for the private company Metafores Karasoulis S.A.. The project included concrete works with a total surface area of 8,000 m², featuring flatness/tolerance control for industrial use, proper floor reinforcement, expansion joints, and concrete quality procedures in full compliance with the client’s specifications. Precise logistics coordination was carried out, ensuring continuous concrete supply and strict adherence to all on-site safety measures. The project was completed in 105 working days, fully meeting the schedule and maintaining quality control throughout all stages of construction.
