Construction of Inlet Works and Archimedes Screw at D.D. Mitrousio, Serres<br>

Olympus Constructions undertook the construction of inlet works and the installation of an Archimedes screw in the Municipal District of Mitrousio, Serres, on behalf of Michaniki Perivallontos S.A.

The project involved 500 m³ of concrete works and specialized structures to ensure the proper installation and operation of the Archimedes screw — a key element in the region’s hydraulic infrastructure.

Olympus Constructions applied modern concreting, waterproofing, and alignment techniques, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and long-term durability of the installation.

This project contributes to improving the hydraulic infrastructure of the municipality and supports the sustainable water management efforts in the wider Serres area.
