Construction of Two Pumping Stations in the Lakeside Zone of Ioannina<br>

Olympus Constructions undertook the construction of two pumping stations in the lakeside zone of Ioannina, with a ground area of 150 m² and a construction depth of 19.80 m.
The project presented significant technical challenges due to the high inflow of water from the lake and the considerable hydrostatic pressure exerted on the station floors.

Through the application of specialized waterproofing techniques, vacuum pumping systems, and groundwater control methods, Olympus Constructions ensured uninterrupted progress and the safe completion of the project.
The project was carried out on behalf of Mechanical Environment S.A., in full compliance with European safety and quality standards.
