Reinforcement of a Listed Building on Agias Sofias Street, Thessaloniki

OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTIONS undertook the structural reinforcement of a listed building on Agias Sofias Street in Thessaloniki, using shotcrete and special high-performance materials.
The project was executed on behalf of a private client, aiming at structural restoration while preserving the architectural identity of the historic building.
All works were carried out in accordance with the Ministry of Culture’s preservation standards, including masonry strengthening, concrete repair, and improvement of the building’s load-bearing capacity.
