The OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTIONS completed a structural strengthening project of a preserved (listed) building on Passalidi Street in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, on behalf of a private client.
The works included shotcrete and use of specialized high-performance repair materials, aiming to restore damage, increase load-bearing capacity, and achieve structural upgrading of the building shell, with minimal visual and morphological intervention.
The design and implementation were carried out methodically, with emphasis on preserving the architectural character of the property, ensuring material compatibility, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The project fully complied with EN 1504 standards and the manufacturers’ guidelines for repair and strengthening systems. With a structured schedule, a specialized team, and continuous quality control, the work was delivered with technical excellence, ensuring the long-term durability and structural safety of the preserved building.
