Repair and Structural Reinforcement of KETHEA Building in Ladadika, Thessaloniki<br>

OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTIONS undertook the repair and reinforcement of an eight-story reinforced concrete building housing KETHEA, located in Ladadika, Thessaloniki, at the junction of Pindou and Pangaio streets.
The project included repairs with structural mortars and the reinforcement of slabs, beams, and columns using carbon fiber (CFRP), carbon laminates, and special joint reinforcement configurations.
In addition, shotcrete applications were used in selected areas to restore the load-bearing capacity and improve the overall structural integrity.


OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTIONS implemented certified high-precision techniques and materials, ensuring structural stability, seismic reinforcement, and aesthetic restoration of the building, all completed within 109 working days.
